The first room we got assigned hadnt been cleaned yet, and also had a bunk bed in front of the double bed. We booked a "superior room" but the room we got in the end was the same as the standard one we had before (different bookibg). No big deal but we wont pay extra next time. The breakfast is nice. The hotel could use a good cleaning and some renovating. Fine for a short stay and not too expensive .

Good hostel for a reasonable price
The breakfast was really good, they have a nice terrace with view of a canal. Unfortunately the WIFI is only available at the reception.

Friendly and welcoming
The hotel was handy to reach, just off the motorway and there was a good bus service to Leiden . The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful,; it was handy to have the restaurant attached . Towels good quality and lovely and soft, but the decor could do with updating and the carpets with a good clean. There was a a lot of dust under the bed, which I could see from sitting in the chair.
