hotel is on a great location ,walking distance from Cidadela with lots of stuff around it. Room furniture could be newer but that's the only thing I would add. Its a good hotel

Nice one night stay in this town
We had a nice one night stay at the Radisson. The best thing for us was how close to town it was, we enjoyed walking the town. Breakfast was one of the best on our trip with plenty of options. Biggest problem was the walls were paper thin we could hear lots of noise from other guests. Outdoor pool looked nice but we only sat out for a short time.

Beautiful Location in Charming Town.
Nice hotel in excellent location, the Radisson hotel was very nice. We had a wonderful room on a top corner so views from the rowing club on the far right to the yacht club on the far left. The male staff on the front desk were very helpful but the same could not be said to the two girls, who spent their entire time on their phones and when asked for anything, just got up and walked away, never to be seen again. This happened a number of times---the manager needs to know this. The breakfasts were adequate but the lovely views from the dining room made up. The location was great, walkable to everywhere in the old town which is well deserving of its World Heritage status. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Needs serious a overall
The hotel is very tired in general with pretty rude reception staff as of nov 2019; they will do their job but don’t expect a smile. Rooms need serious cleaning: moldy shower, smelly towels, hair in bathroom from previous tenant. Pool area is partly closed with no fix in sight. Breakfast is ok in general. I would recommend staying in the surrounding posadas.
