Love this hotel, the staff are always happy to help, the only criticism is that the decor is a bit tired but clean and comfortable A definite plus is it’s location which is right next to the Adliya district. Where you can find an excellent range of restaurants, bars and clubs

Good to be back.
The Ramada always lives up to it's reputation. After 8 months it was good to be back. Not many guests, but with the Causeway re-opening, things will improve and the social.atmosphere in the Exchange will return.

I have only 1 compliant. I booked a smoking room and ended up with a room on a non-smoking foor. Although, as soon as i said something about it, reception promptly remedied the situation. Other then that it was a great stay.

Rough with the smooth
This place is okay but such poor insulation which means every 3 second horn outside is heard clearly through the wee small hours. Another annoying thing is room boys waking you at 9am to see if your room needs cleaning. Very poor choice of TV channels, also. Apart from the above everything was fine.
