    Total lack of service Better off at an Airbnb for the kind of service I received. No water or shower caps or basic amenities. I was told to use the vending machine when I asked for water. Asked for change of towels and soap etc and nothing. Paid parking. No breakfast. No cleaning of rooms until checkout Only positive was proximity to Eaton centre

    Room with a View

    I had a quick overnight stay in Toronto, visiting my son. The One King offered me a beautiful room with a view of Lake Ontario at an incredible rate. Given we are in a 3rd wave of Covid-19 I felt very safe and the space was very clean. Terrific value and great location.

    Disappointing

    Although I used my VISA debit card for the deposit online, they would not take it at the front desk for my stay. I don't use credit cards so I had no choice but to leave and go elsewhere. The front desk staff were not particularly helpful and could have cared less.
