ood staff but disappointed with room
Service was good at this hotel. We are not smokers and the room smelled like smoke. It was clean, but the bed wasn’t comfortable and we noticed some staining on the exposed box spring. The carpet was not clean. Price was high for the facility, Staff was nice and helpful, but we probably won’t t stay there again.

Staff was very nice and helpful but neighborhood was scary. Homeless and others were all over property and neighborhood. Room was comfortable and clean.

Close to Merrill Field. Walking distance to restaurants and Lake and Pen Air. The Chinese Restaurant is highly recommended.

Woman was trying to kick door in across street manager had to go out and stop her. Was very noisy. Didn’t sleep much at all. Manager was very nice and accomodating. He even fixed it so our rooms were together.

I just needed a quiet, safe place to lay my head that wasn't expensive inbetween flights. This place was affordable and very quiet now comfortable? Not so much lol the bed was hard. But other than that i was pleased

It was a little noisy but friendly staff
I had a room with street facing window, so it was noisy. Plus I can hear all the foot steps from above. Luckily I brought ear plugs or I won’t be able to sleep well. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast has hot and cold. They have a shuttle service which could be very useful even though I did not get to use it.
