Exceptional
Second time round at this hotel after the upgrade. We were not disappointed. Hotel rooms were much better, food still high quality and good variety. Animation team as usual made the holiday, the main reason we returned. Ellie and the team we’re fantastic their enthusiasm is infectious and their shows were great. We will be back again!

El buffet una locura, colas larguísimas para poder entrar al restaurante, si llegabas de los últimos ya no reponian la comida y un día nos cerraron las bebidas, todavía estábamos cenando y nos dijeron que no nos podían servir de beber porque ya habían cerrado esa zona..... Una auténtica vergüenza sobre todo habiendo contratado el todo incluido. El bar de la piscina cerrado y la zona donde se servía comida que no era el restaurante también lo cerraron. Las habitaciones grandes bonitas y comodas

Las piscinas lamentables muy sucias el agua totalmente turbia las amacas todas ocupadas con una toalla para 3 amacas y nadie por los alrededores la atención en recepción pésima en los balcones del complejo sin luz una pena la verdad porque el hotel es espectacular y la comida muy buena

La experiencia general ha sido positiva. El personal es eficiente y amable, solucionando con rapidez una pequeña incidencia que tuvimos. El hotel está recién reformado. Como puntos negativos, los horarios del desayuno y cena, muy temprano ambos. El servicio de consigna de maletas, aunque es cortesía del hotel debería contar con más seguridad para ser un 4 estrellas.
