Amazing hotel, all of the staff were so kind and helpful. Our little one became unwell on the journey to France and the staff couldn’t have helped more, as soon as we got to the hotel the receptionist noticed he looked poorly and called a medic, who arrived within a few minutes, they helped call the doctor for us, provided a fridge in the room for his antibiotics and booked taxis for us. We couldn’t have been more grateful to them. They were all so friendly, helpful and genuinely caring and do as much as they can for the guests. The hotel itself is lovely, it’s nice and spacious, the character meet and greets were regular, there was always someone there for the kids to have pictures with and say hello to. We loved it so much we are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Very tired looking hotel but the location is perfect. Staff were hit and miss - we spent 30 minutes trying to get a room change from our original one that smelt badly and had broken air conditioning. There were plenty of free rooms as the hotel was nowhere near full so I don’t understand why it took so long to arrange. Food is very average for what should be a hotel of this calibre

Hotel is clean, however very run down and in need of a renovation. Beds were comfortable and room size was decent. Shower head would not stay up in place, wallpaper coming off the walls, wood trim pieces in hallway severely worn. AC unit ran but our room never cooled down. It was very warm even though temps outside were chilly. Would stay again if the price was good, however just be prepared it is nothing like a Disney World or Disneyland hotel in the US

Staff was friendly, but not Disney friendly. Food options were very limited. In the bar lil items were premade so you couldn’t make by adjustments. The hotel was not very Disney themed at all. Overall the view of the lake are was pretty, not too far of a walk from the parks but because I love Disney, I would stay at a different Disney hotel if and when I come back.

Hot room- thermostat would not allow change of fan or temperature. No electrical outlets- found one usb on television, none in bathroom or bedside. Only One dining option in hotel. The most immediate issue was the accommodation itself. The rooms are noticeably outdated, featuring worn furnishings, faded decor, and an overall tired aesthetic that feels stuck in a previous decade. Climate control was another major pain point—the inadequate air conditioning struggled to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, leaving the space feeling warm and stuffy throughout the night. The bathroom was equally underwhelming. The hotel provided poor bathroom amenities, with low-grade, sparse toiletries, thin towels, and aging fixtures that lacked consistent water pressure. As for food, the on-site dining was strictly average. While edible, the options were uninspiring, overpriced, and felt more like an afterthought than a hospitality highlight.

It was nice being so close to the parks,the hotel was nice but wouldn’t give it 4 stars more a 3 star, it’s a huge hotel and so busy, the reception was constant chaos as was the restaurant at breakfast, the room seemed clean but had a weird smell we only stayed 2 nights so put up with it, we felt the rooms needed an update and a good spruce !
