Exceptional 10,0
6 nights, executive king with sofa bed for 2 kids
Great time! Minor issue with bed not ready for kids on arrival was sorted out. Bed v comfy and shower Was great. Service staff excellent. Hotel is not that clear about what it has on site really. No room info or local advice folder in room that you might expect for tourists Fridge is an extra but hotel has ice machineson even numbered floors. No restaurant on site but breakfast for platinum members or 25 dollars a head I was told. As it happens there is a great breakfast place next door but not mentioned by reception staff for some reason. We went there everyday. I would go again as v close to Central Park and a good breakfast.

Great getaway hotel
Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Close to Central Park and other things we had planned to do. Walkable to many great restaurants and attractions.

The WORST Renaissance hotel experience ever!
I've stayed at Renaissance hotels in several countries, overall the experience was quite good except this time. I chose this hotel because of my previous experiences in other Renaissance hotels, but this one brought me to question the quality of this hotel brand. Room-wise, my room smells musty. The air con is loud and keeps waking me up during the sleep. The sound of elevator is sharp, very easy to hear that "ding" especially in the midnight when the elevator arrives the floor. One light on the desk isn't working. Not equipped with room slippers and toothbrush. Bottle water isn't complimentary everyday; only 2 bottles on the check-in. As for service, all bellmen are amazing! The ladies at reception are the worst. I called and asked about the water, I said I was curious and kindly asked if they won't replace water in room. The lady told me, "yes, only 2 bottles free at check-in." And then, I told her "Got it, thank you". The next second, I was hung up. Shouldn't people say "you're welcome" in return when they hear "thank you"? Overall, I won't stay here again, and will definitely tell all friends about this experience.

Great hotel with WONDERFUL staff
Great hotel with wonderful staff.Serena and Daniel just made our stay. Room was a good size with luggage and quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Hotel is about 20-30 mins walk to Times Square. No restaurant on site but they have free coffee and fruit available each morning and plenty of restaurants nearby..Beds a little on the firm side. Would definitely stay again
