Kadriorg borders Tallinn’s Old Town to the east, and is an ode to the magnificence of the Baroque era when Peter the Great ruled supreme. At the heart of the district is the sumptuous Kadriorg Palace, which Peter built for his queen. Art-lovers will be drawn to all the classical artworks found inside.
Kumu is a contemporary art museum, pulling Kadriorg into the future with its steely, sleek design and experimental exhibitions, as well as a permanent collection of Estonian art. Outside the museum, the gardens and parks were made for romantic strolls or summer bike-rides through sunlit glades.

On Sunday morning we had to wait coffee almost the whole breakfast because all coffee cups were dirty. Unbelievable. Our room was on the top floor, and the roof was very noisy because of wind.
