      Modern new hotel with free breakfast included . Staff 10/10 super sweet & always attentive ! Got security working 24/7 . Room service everyday while we were there ! It was nice coming back to a semi clean room every time ! Location is pretty good , 5 min walk to sams club / Walmart / the mall . To chapu it’s about a 16 min drive definitely recommend checking that place out for cafes / bars / food in general. recommend if you’re only staying a few days ,no longer than a week only because there’s no mini fridge inside of the room lol. I stayed 13 nights so definitely needed that .

      Hotel bien ubicado (con detalles a mejorar).

      El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, frente a un supermercado y a unos cinco-diez minutos caminando de Plaza Galerias, la recepción esta en un segundo piso y no me agrado que en el primer piso no hay ninguna persona de seguridad o alguien cuidando la entrada, por lo que cualquier persona puede entrar. En lo que respecta a la habitación, pequeña pero suficiente para una persona, un poco duras la cama y almohadas, el internet muy bueno (realice home office). Lo que no me agrado es el servicio en el desayuno, sirven pequeñas cantidades para muchas personas, adicional a que se acaba muy rápido y te tienen esperando para ir por más, una de las personas que sirve pone caras al pedir una segunda vez y no es muy variado el desayuno. Considero que por el precio se pueden conseguir mejores opciones, quiero pensar que al ser hotel nuevo este tipo detalles va a ir mejorandolo.

      Por donde empiezo

      Terrible la recepción en un segundo piso no es funcional, las habitaciones muy muy pequeñas, el Edifico en general sucio, entramos a la habitación y el baño sucio, la cama dura, nunca me pude conectar al internet y bueno el desayuno que ofrecen… bueno ni siquiera me acerque, creo qué hay muchas mejores opciones alrededor por el precio que pague! Y si me atreví a comentar es porque de verdad me sentí robada, espero mejores porque tiene buena ubicación pero la verdad nunca volvería más

      El servicio del personal excelente, solo que el hotel no cuenta con agua. Para tomar en sus habitaciones ni en venta ni de cortesía fue complicado encontrar ya que era 11:30 pm
