Amazing location, very responsive and helpful staff. The rooms come with a fridge and microwave, which can come in handy for those that order out during their stay.

It was a terrible experience. Started off as we pulled into the hotel it is located right next to a Salvation Army that has hundreds of homeless all laying around the hotel lake view and the surrounding area. Parking lot was a complete clutter and filled with trash, I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Two night trip. We were charged $18.00 per night for self parking in a lot that was inconvenient and difficult to enter and exit. After checking in we determined that all the hotels in the same area and similar in price to the Crowne Plaza provided complimentary parking for their guests. There was no vent in the bathroom and no towel racks. The hotel provides no service to the rooms; no trash removal, no towel exchange and no bed makeups. I had to requests towels because they remained wet due to no place to hang them. The room was very dark and the curtain would only open on one window. I had to ask for a lamp to be brought in. I volunteered to change rooms but was told they all were the same in terms of lighting. No non-slip mat in the shower and I almost fell before I realized this. There are 14 floors of rooms but only ONE ice maker machine..on the 2nd floor. We were on the 9th. No complimentary coffee in the lobby. The hotel is beside a large on-ramp to a major freeway and getting in and out of the hotel by car is awkward. I have stayed at several Crowne Plaza Hotels--this one is the worse.

Our stay was nice, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well lit however there wasn’t a lot of lighting by the door entrance, just lamps that you could turn on. Also, the biggest let down was that they had the balcony doors locked and no way to get some fresh air in. I booked that room primarily for the balcony window and unless I missed it on the website there was no mention that the windows would be locked. Other than that it was a nice stay and each person at the concierge was very friendly and helpful

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant staff and menu were good. The bedding was okay. Sheets were pilled and comforter was too heavy. Carpeting looked old. There was an $18 parking fee that wasn't mentioned on website.
