Great place to stay on a cold winter day!
My family had a wonderful time at Great Wolf. We got a great deal on the Kids Cabin Suite--the kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and fun cabin design of the room. We enjoyed the fireplace and the bit of separation from the kids (a wall divides the bed from the "cabin" portion). The water park was incredible--such fun to play inside and watch the snow fall outside.

Check in process was highly disorganized. We lost some personal belongings that couldn’t be accounted for. The environment was really fun for the kids.

    Great Family Getaway!
Our kids absolutely LOVE Great Wolf Lodge! We had a family suite this stay which we actually thought was much nicer than the bunk bed rooms. Very friendly staff with lots for the kids to do!

    Just okay
Our 2 oldest kids did not care for the water park. It was geared more for little kids. Our two younger girls loved it! For the amount we paid I expected a nicer hotel. This one had many broken items and it was just okay. The TV was tiny. It was clean though and that’s a huge plus in my book. We didn’t know they were doing Halloween themed events. That would have been nice to know before hand so we could have planned accordingly. When we checked in the guy didn’t explain anything to us. He gave us our key wrist bands and a list of activities but then it was just figure it out as you go. The place is huge and we couldn’t figure out how to get to the water park until day 2. We had a costumer service person text me & ask if we needed anything but everything I needed they didn’t have. I did let her know that there appeared to be a short in the bunkbed area. The lights kept flickering on and off and you’d have to hold it just right for it to come on. The blow dryer got so hot it burned your hand after a few min., the iron would spit out water and soak your clothes as you ironed it & the ironing board stunk. Also there was a huge hole in the Hide a bed in the couch. I let the customer service rep now via text. She said “Oh my goodness! I am so sorry about that! We will get these issues resolved” - Willow. Side note - the water pressure was like taking a bird bath. Not what we expect but I guess that’s my fault. I wish i did more research.

    Great stay.
I think that this stay was just as good as always. One reminder or tip. I forgot to pack Shampoo and conditioner. The brand at this location is useless. If you forget try to make a pit stop for a better brand.

    Fun but dated
Watermark is of course fun for the kiddos but the facility and rooms showing there age. Bathroom door didn’t close and overall it’s showing lots of wear and tear. Don’t expect super clean rooms. Things are extremely expensive.

Not friendly to firearm owners. Otherwise good.
Great facilities, great area, lots of fun. The waterpark has a few minor issues with some of the small features (buckets, fountains, etc) not working, but didn't affect enjoyment. The area is great as well with lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. My big issue is that the hotel is not 2A friendly. The entire hotel is a gun free zone with no armed security on site. They even go so far as to ban firearms of permitted individuals and do not allow firearms anywhere in their facility, even your own room. They also take no responsibility for items left in your vehicle and it made me anxious the entire stay knowing my legally owned firearm that I have a license to carry had to stay in a car where it could potentially be stolen. This would have been less of an issue if I had known about this policy before arriving and could have packed differently or may not have booked here, but this policy isn't listed anywhere (including their own site) until you arrive and see the sign (pictured with this review) outside the lobby.
