We only stayed one night on our way down to the Vendee, staff were friendly the restaurant was modern and the food was tasty. The accommodation could probably do with a makeover, was a little tired but the bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful and hot. Overall would stop here again.

Journey break
Good location close to the motorway. Nice restaurant on site. Good parking. Warm. Clean. Big downside though was having no water in the morning, so no chance for a shower which is a pretty fundamental part of a stay. We hadn't filled the kettle the night before so no morning coffee either! When we checked out I mentioned the water situation and just received a shrug and not even a hint of an apology, as I was told that it was the whole hotel. These things happen but at the very least an apology would have been nice, with an offer of a bottle water to drink!

Comfortable and quirky motel with nice staff
Loved this place - American style motel chalets, so you don't have to drag your luggage through the lobby and up elevators! Easy to find from the autoestrada. Staff cheerful and extremely helpful, with an evidently popular restaurant. OK, the paintwork and permanent upholstery in our chalet was getting a bit tired, the aircon/heater had a mind of its own, and the back of the lavatory bowl hadn't been properly attended to for quite some time, ahem. But it was rather homely, the beds were comfortably firm, and we slept like babes. Will definitely book again.

Great location for overnight stay
Have stayed here many times, as it's a great stop-over while travelling down through France, and just off the main road. It's clean and reasonably comfortable, if a little dated, but value for money. Evening dinner is normally pretty good. The one disappointment was that the previously excellent entree buffet has had a "change of menu" and all the best things have gone - prawns, anchovies, avocado dip - and just replaced with more rice/salads
