Good 6,0
I have stayed here many times but this was the first time we were placed in the apartments. I just think a guest should be advised that they will be staying here and not in the main hotel as they were below the standard of the main hotel. Dirty fridge, stains on floors only one remote between two TVs. Not end of the world stuff but just a heads up before confirming booking would be helpful.

Nice, very comfortable, . Staff very friendly. Small issue with housekeeping as in they did not regularly clean the room.

Poor hotel, disappointing stay
Below average stay. Arrived to our room to find two windows left wide open with rain blowing in, room was freezing. Room still smelt stale despite the windows open for hours.( We arrived and checked in at 8pm ) The overall appearance was worn and a bit grubby looking. Not warm or inviting in anyway. Poor windows that need upgrading the road noise was severe with no sound proofing. Not a comfortable stay to listen to road noise and wind howling in all night when your windows are ment to be fully shut. Reception was very busy but lady was efficient and friendly.

Poor 2,0
Abysmal staff let down this hotel
Second time staying here and second time abysmal! both occasions due to the terrible staff and quality of service. Room was supposed to be superior however far from it. Rather drab with very limited service on TV. Room service was a joke (very bad one) quality of food very bad. The cherry on the cake though is the refusal to provide me with a invoice of stay for the company I work for. I watched a very snotty and snobby reception staff refuse the same thing to a guy in front of me on the basis it was booked on a company card. my booking was on a company card also however with my name on it. oh she said and said here co worker would print one off. I was left standing and made late for the 2nd member of staff to just repeat what the 1st said and again refuse me my invoice. This seemed to amuse the first staff member who laughed and smirked at me in that power trip way certain staff think is acceptable. at this point I asked for a manager who turned up 10 minutes later and again just repeated the matra and refused me a receipt/invoice. I will be recommending to all staff at our company to NOT use them any further and I am reporting the refusal to provide a invoice to the relevant trading standards.
