Weekend getaway
Had an amazing stay wish we could have done two nights. The pool was great, i could have enjoyed it abit warmer but my partner thought the temp was good. Our room was amazing although i wouldnt call it city view with the building there but was still lovely. The room itsself was awesome and clean and looked nice. The sheets had some marks on them and the moisturiser was open (but we werent gonna use it anyway so didnt matter) overall would stay there over and over. Staff were so kind and pleasant.

I loved the close proximity to all the attractions we visited Melbourne for. The room was so comfortable with stunning views. Breakfast was sensational and at night the bar had a lovely vibe. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful and a special thanks to the restaurant staff for their prompt service and polite manner

New Hotel, too few staff and no Bay view
A brand new hotel, that is a little quirky but badly in need of enough staff. Ordering food and drinks was a real issue as just not enough staff on deck. Room was nice...although a little smalll....but dont fall for a "Bay View" room as there is no water to view.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. I checked in about 7:30pm and I was tired and just wanted to sit down and relax and watch the footy on tv. The tv was broken so I had to swap rooms. The phone didn't work so they couldn't call me to work out what room to swap to. They had to come back to my room and swap. Eventually got to a new room. New room wasn't serviced/cleaned by housekeeping which was very disappointing given the price I paid for the hotel. Also, I was on level 2 and I could not get phone or interent reception to work. On the Saturday I even went to sit in the lobby with my laptop to get my work done - no internet reception there either. I questioned reception about this and the lady admitted "we have horrible internet coverage in the lobby and on the first few floors". I booked this trip to get work done, and couldn't get anything done so was very disappointed with the facilities, the cleanliness, the noise created by people slamming doors at all hours and the premium price charged by the hotel.
