Great location. Loved the fact that we weren’t hit by sargassum being noted off the boulevard. Loved they have a handy supermarket. Staff is amazing. Having purchased breakfast and not all inclusive is the way to go to take advantage of other restaurants and explore Cancun and near cities. Unless all you want is to stay at the resort, inclusive is not worth it. We heard from other guests that some specific things are excluded from all inclusive. I’d given 5-star review if it wasn’t for how much pain in the rear they are wanting you to sell you a time share. Don’t sign up for that, even if you’re told that you get an all-inclusive day. You end up paying for that with your time and the “deposit”. Unless you really want to become a member. But they weren’t clear with me from the start and I wasn’t even finished checking in when I was already bombarded to schedule my introductory presentation.

Hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Charming white stucco villas with red tile roofs, unbelievably CLEAN, very quiet and calm, not a party hotel, warm saltwater pools, super safe, almost like its own little village, incredibly friendly staff, yummy restaurants. Book through the resort website instead of Expedia and definitely get the all-inclusive package (even if you don’t drink) with airport transportation. My single complaint is that the air conditioner is super loud. But I cannot believe how incredible this hotel is, especially for the price.

Nice overall, a bit loud for being by the main road. Concierge help was non existent if you didn’t sign up for the timeshare presentations :-/ They wouldn’t book Club Bistro restaurant if you aren’t an owner. Several nice touches gone this year now that Holiday Inn has bought the property. Sea was calm and shallow but tons of seaweed/sargassum on the beach, not great for swimming of playing around with the kids. Food was good.
