Good location, but don't expect University quality
I reserved a room here thinking it was officially partnered with the University (and thereby up to those standards) - but I was wrong. While this place was fine, someone with a more refined palate might feel a litte more strongly. It certainly wasn't the best, but not the worst - check in was slow, housekeeping still came into my room even though I'd asked that they skip me. It is very close to the University though, so if you're looking for that, it's good.

    Clean Rooms, Nice Area
Clean hotel accessible to Emory University and surrounding Druid Hills area . They need to clean up the outside corridors next to the rooms. Lots of debris and bugs in those areas.

Stayed because of surgery early the next morning. I thought it was a little pricey for the age of this property. I stayed at this property over 30 years ago.

It is quiet hotel and clean

Can't believe hotel charged me this much. I thought it is an Emory university's property and should be having a high standard. Don't just look at the name it used. I would give it a 100$per night given this intrinsic value. The carpet seems dirty and very old.
