Perfect stay in Florence
Loved staying at this hotel in Florence. We stayed 3 nights in one of the Heaven rooms and it was super nice. Great AC, shower pressure and temperature, pillows, all great. 10-15 minute walk to the duomo main area so it’s close enough to get to quick but far enough not to have all the noise and crowds. The aesthetics around this hotel are so cool. Right up our alley with being trendy but not over the top or too “Instagramy.” Definitely recommend.

One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. We had 2 inferno rooms for two nights. Rooms 427 and 428. Overlooking the courtyard. Absolutely fantastic. Can not praise this hotel enough.

This property had a very unique decor. It was very fun to stay at the staff, however, was beyond horrible. I don’t understand why people go into customer service if they don’t want to accommodate people, especially travelers coming from different countries and make it more useful for them. There was one nice fellow at the beginning, and I didn’t see him again. When when we asked staff for simple request, they acted highly insulted like we had no idea what we were talking about at any moment of the day! We love Italy! However. the customer service as much to be desired!
