A true gem of a hotel!
A wonderful, friendly and classy hotel. Beautiful rooms overlooking the river. Charming, clean and bright decor. Amazing staff - from check-in with a glass of port, kitchen staff only too happy to help at breakfast, to check-out, ordering taxi, storing bags- we loved it all! Location right by the historic trams and just by both river and Palacio da Bolsa. Rooms with a/c, toiletries and comfy beds. Simply fantastic!

Wonderful place to stay!
The location is excellent and the staff are incredibly helpful. Because it’s a small hotel, the staff recognize the guests. The breakfast that’s included is a great way to start a day of touring Porto.

What a lovely and perfectly located hotel! Staff were very friendly and attentive, and took great care to make me feel at home. The rooms have everything you need and are very quiet. Don’t miss the 5pm cake in the lounge, and maybe also an espresso or glass of port. This is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Porto’s Ribiera. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our five night stay at FLH was wonderful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. We cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel - everyone was friendly and polite. The front desk staff were so helpful with any of our questions and needs - Ricardo, Luis and Gabriel who were instrumental in helping us navigate around the city - from restaurants to transportation to things to see. A special thank you to Gabriel who was our daily “go-to” for help Our stay here - from check-in to check- out was seamless and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Porto. I will remember the Memoria
Great location near the river, shopping, transportation and great restaurants. Everyone at the hotel was over the top friendly and helpful. They even loaned me glasses for a surprise picnic. The included breakfast was very good also.
