The morning hot breakfast was excellent and the snack bag available to take with us on our journey was a special treat. The staff people were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and quiet. Perfect for a couple of old timers like us who were on a road trip to Florida and tired, tired when we arrived for the night.

I liked the friendly staff at check in, whenever I needed something, and at checkout. Friendly, professional, courteous and polite. Additionally, the breakfast was good with just the right hours of service. A nice touch was the Christmas card, thank you. Of course, I will be returning in warmer months to enjoy the pool & hot tub.

My overall stay was great. My only issue is with my check in time. Check in was for 3:00. I had arrived at 2:36 from NYS after driving for 15.5 hours. I asked if we could check in 30min early, but was told my room wasn’t going to be ready for at least another hour. She sited short staff and being at full capacity the night before. I was not able to check in until 3:45pm. I understand the circumstances of the staffing, but maybe clean the reserved rooms first or see if there is another room that is the same specifics that is clean to the customer.
