All was well except for the hairdryer plug that had only 2 pins. One was broken. The safe in the room had no batteries. Their service was good. We asked for 4 pairs of room slippers, as the floor was really cold, and one extra pillow, and all were promptly sent up to our apartment. Highly recommended.
