Pleasant 1 week stay.
The Hotel is in a convenient location...close to a mall and many restaurants. I got the Deluxe Room, and it was spacious. The shower was a little dated but functional. The King bed was comfortable, and AC was strong. The casino was not too big and most of the table games were Baccarat. The lobby was small but sufficient. Breakfast had a good selection of food (Chinese, Japanese, western, egg section, fruits, bread, etc.). I only had cappuccino and eggs every day, so I can't say much about the tastes of other types. Services were good and staff were polite. I will stay here again when I return to Manila.

Excellent service. Requested for room change due to a strong odor in the room that trigger my allergy and headache issue. Ms. Kath from the front desk took action right away and I was able to get a new room that is comfy. Stay there for 4 days and had no issue. Positive Feedback: Hotel location close to everything you might need. Excellent SPA and Buffet Great staff Negative Feedback: Elevator going to B2 parking always out of service.
