Great Hotel Stay
Great stay. I was there for a short time, but enjoyed the comfort of the room. The bed and pillows were nice and I loved that the window opened some so I could get the bay breeze. The area seems safe and had a few choices of restaurants in walking distance. Free parking and WiFi were a huge plus. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet despite the air traffic.

Front desk didn’t wear mask
When I arrived to the front desk, the agent didn’t even wear a mask, and she was a little bit rude and had a lot attitude. The hotel overall is old, overall not too bad for the hotel itself, but service needs to improve a lot. Please at least wear the mask.

Customer service
There is no customer service here. As a hotels gold member I was promised an upgraded room if available and they told me it was available but I couldn’t get it because I didn’t pay for it. The parking lot was empty I don’t think the room was full. The shower was hard to work. When I called the front desk on any concern the lady was very rude to me and acted like I was stupid. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were very lumpy and old I think. I did feel comfortable taking a bath in the bathtub that says a lot for the cleanliness I guess. I don’t think I’ll be returning here I don’t like to be treated like I’m stupid. I normally try to Point out what’s good about a place but this place left me with very little to do so

Annoyed
I really like this hotel but.... I belive this is it enough is enough y should i have to do a whole check in process Every time i add additional nights. If i check out then i understand but i book early mornings way before checkout or the night before and well the last thing i want is to come from work and my key dont work and i have to do a whole checkin process again its a lil silly they need to do things like other hotels its getting annoying and it sucks cuz j really like staying here
