Old-fashioned, first class service, loved it!
I've stayed in a lot of city hotels lately and find that as a fall-out of COVID, you don't even get a nice cup and saucer in your room for a cuppa, some don't make the rooms up unless you ask or change your towels, yet Benners was like staying in a hotel years ago. It felt special, homely, lovely and warm and the bed! The bed was fantastic as was the staff and breakfast. I will definitely come back again. Thank you!
