The bathroom was pleasant even though the drainage was very slow. The check in is at the house where the nice rooms are. The main house is messy and creepy. You pay then find out you have to drive a couple of blocks to the building. Limited signs to your dorm room. The decor is very cheap. Spent a half hour trying to get a channel on the tv. No luck. No data or no connection. The beds are very uncomfortable but better than sleeping in the truck; but not by much. No bars on the wall around the bathtub so the whirlpool bath was no for me; wife said she enjoyed it. Trash thrown in the woods which makes me absolutely furious. Animals have to live there. Windows, wood panels, etc, but most of Fairbanks seems to be like this. If you’re looking for a cheap college dorm then this dump is for you. My wife wanted cheap well she got it in spades.

Facility is run down. They have multiple locations, and when I got to the main location by taxi they told me I was staying at one of their other locations - something they did not tell me before.
