    What a disgraceful service and unprofessional staff. We booked the hotel for a night because we had an early morning flight and our hotel would not let us check in before 2pm so we booked this the night before assuming we will be able to check in late. The hotel booking was confirmed but last minute before getting on the flight they emailed me saying it is cancelled. We were left with no room and stranded at Dubai airport for hours until check into our other hotel at 2pm. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BOOK THIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER.

    The White Tile Grout In The Bathroom Needs To Be Completed. The Beds and Behind The Night Stands Need To Be Pulled Out and Vacuumed Regularly. I dropped something behind the bed headboard and Night Tables Had Trash Behind Them..

    So nice hotel
    I stayed several time with Coral, but whenever I stay the hotel never disappointed me. Especially the receptionist Marianne she is the most kind and helpful receptionist I met in Dubai the most touching thing was when I visited Coral around 10am after a long trip and I need a rest she called me quietly and show the rooms I can pick and checked me in so fast so I can rest nicely I will always visit Coral again and again

    Will grab at every loophole for extra money.!!
    Be careful. They will charge for everything contrary to what has been agreed at time of booking. Had to pay for extra bed on floor for daughter even though my documents said it was included and was more than the price of another room! The same with free drinks that were included. Spent so much time arguing, never again. Also other issues with towels not provided and so on.
