The location is excellent if you have a room on the beach, which we didn't have. We inquired whether we could upgrade to a beachfront room, and the person at the desk told us to call Expedia, which I didn't feel like doing. The service and the room decor is a little unipersonal, which is good to an extent, but I think it could have felt more welcoming. The only decoration in the room is a cute little vintage car, which was nice and a turntable with a few albums, which I didn't find that useful or interesting. The bath products were great, though.

Great place. Needs professional mgmt.
Excellent location. Right on the beach. Newly remodeled. We had a turntable with 5 albums to play. Very cool feature. TV Streaming sucked though. Had other people logged-in and we couldn't change. Office is not open duringadvertised hours.

This by far is the best place we have stayed on the ocean. The room is clean and recently redone. The beds and pillows were super comfy and that is rare for me to say that as I have chronic back/neck issues. We could walk out our back sliding glass doors and were 60 feet from the ocean. We could watch the ferry and fishing boats all day long as they had to pass in front of our hotel. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard was a 14 minute walk from our room and there were several really cool restaurants within a 5 - 10 minute walk. This hotel is at a dead end so not a lot of fast moving traffic going by all the time. For my very first trip to Cape Cod and getting to check it off my bucket list, it was outstanding and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We didn't interact much with the staff but when we did, they were more than helpful. I am seriously contemplating coming back next fall with my sisters if I can get them all together!

Location was amazing - right on the water. Listened to the waves all night long. Property was very clean. Staff was very attentive - responded to any issues right away. Negatives - No full length mirror in room. No rugs to wipe feet as you enter. No interior security lock on main door.
