Comfortable, friendly hotel.
Nice hotel. It would have been better if i didnt have to work everyday. Great gym and spa. Great food in the restaurant and bar, the bar menu is a little limited, but fine for a quick informal bite to eat.

Fantastic staff and convenient location
The hotel is in a convenient location which is within walking distance to the main attractions (Autostadt, Phaeno, etc.). The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Best Western Premier Castanea-Germany
Very clean and nice staff. Breakfast is below standard. A good selection of foods but I do not think you should have to "slice" scrambled eggs like it is a cake. Attitude towards children is not nice....they should be seen and not heard. If you want to golf and have no kids and bring your own breakfast this hotel is not too bad!
