6/10 Good

Good service and location. Room needs improvement
Stayed in this hotel for one night in what they called a "budget room", which was still around 160 euros. Located in the annex building, it had a separate entrance from the rest of the hotel. What they don't tell you is that to get to that room you have to get a lift to the 3d floor and then go up some tiny stairs to reach the other floor. Luckily I was only travelling with hand luggage, but I can only imagine someone older or with lots of luggage would have a rough time getting there. The room itself was ok, although it got very hot and it only seemed to have heating or ventilation, as the aircon option did not seem to be available. Even with the windows closed it was still very noisy and could hear people partying on the street the whole night. Breakfast was nice, with a broad selection and most staff members I spoke with during my stay were very friendly and professional. Overall, I'd say service and location were great but the room is certainly not worth 160 euros for the night.

8/10 Very good

It Was a "So So" Experience
The main building is pretty and up to date. The staff is pleasant. I stayed in the annex building around the corner which I didn't like. I would rather have been in the main building but was told that it was full. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. The tv was across the room and very small. The breakfast in the main building was good and it was included in the room. I don't feel like I got a good value for my money.

Great stay & location
We have booked a short stay at Aragon Hotel and absolutely loved our stay. We drove from London and were happy that the hotel was able to provide safe parking, although it was paid. The hotel is ideally located to visit all the interesting places in Oldtown Bruges. Thre is also a great selection of restaurants in the area. I loved the breakfast too! We hope to stay there again when we visit Bruges again.

10/10 Exceptional

The Aragon is a lovely hotel. We were travelling as a family of four, so stayed in a family room in the Aragon House annex rather than in the main hotel building. The family room had two bedrooms, each with proper beds which kept the children happy as they hate sleeping on the sofa-beds that so many hotels provide. The room was nice and clean Breakfast was a lovely selection of hot and cold items. The staff were friendly and the service was faultless.

3rd visit
This was our third stay here. The hotel has a great location, five minutes from the Markt Square, but it is also really quiet. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.
