A Pleasant Stay
We checked in 5/30/22 until 6/2/22 we got there a little late the lady was nice but was also getting ready to leave for the night, also Tuesday night I had some ants in my bed don't know where they came from and then Wednesday night I killed a roach in the bathroom, overall I had a good stay and I really do like the resort. My boyfriend and I ate breakfast every morning and on June 1st which was his bday they had this romantic setting set up where we dine a few other guests were over there eating also. Apart from the ants and roach the rooms were very cleaned I would definitely stay there again.

LOVE THIS PLACE
All I can say is this is an AMAZING place to stay if you are visiting Negril I will be back!!!!!! What can I say about the staff besides AMAZING!!! We got in late and Ariel checked us in and accommodated us to the FULLEST!!! Finally my Aunt left her Passport and the Front Desk guy ( I forgot his name and I am upset at myself for forgetting it and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us) caught a cab mind you we drove to Montego Bay and found us and caught up to us and gave us my Aunts Passport which we never realized she left it. Again this is a MUST STAY place all I can say is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at Samsara Resort. It's like a little paradise... I really enjoyed the times I spent outside whether I was reading or just sitting under a tree, getting some fresh air. I was able to watch the most beautiful sunsets I had ever seen. The view was unbelievable! I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price.

Overall the property is nice. We stayed in the Deluxe Sea View room and we loved the view, but we suggest that they add sheer curtains for the first floor rooms because there is no privacy. We kept our blinds shut a lot of the time (and we noticed that most others on the first floor did too) which is a shame because the view is beautiful. We ate at the restaurant on the property and the food was good and reasonably priced. They offered a buffet option or you could eat from the menu. We chose the menu options. I would stay here again, just not on the first floor of the Deluxe Sea View room.

I booked this hotel and overpaid because it was all inclusive. When I arrived the receptionist told me I have to deal with it in the morning she was unprofessional she told me she was ready to go home. I did not get all inclusive when that was the reason for me going to the hotel. Horrible customer service.
