We couldn’t get the tv to work. We were there for a short stay so did not ask the desk for help….in addition when I checked in and asked a question he replied ‘ I don’t understand your language,…..there was no way he was going to help fix my tv.

Comfy room but with cracks
So we booked this to be close to the casino for a birthday weekend. I was very happy when I called to ask to check in sooner and they said ok. But when I got there the "boss" was not there and the man behind the counter did not speak English too well. We were to be on the second floor but he saw my Dad with a cane and gave us a choice of 2 first floor rooms which was nice. He did not have a key to give us at the time though as he said he was waiting for the boss to come back. The beds were comfy, blankets soft, we had 2 beds, closet, dresser, mini fridge and microwave, a small couch and table, ottoman at end of one bed and an extra chair in the closet. My concerns were in the flooring- it felt liked it dipped down in the room and then in the bathroom- it felt like there was a hole in the floor when sitting on the toilet, cracks in the wall there and possibly in the ceiling. We heard footsteps above us during the night.
