Overbooked and told look for hotel
We have booked a 2 night stay for my 73 year old father, who was checking in at 10 pm. upon check in they told us , first , that the AC is not working in our room and we have to look for a new hotel room. We said we would still take it ,but they lied that there is one available and finally acknowledged they overbooked and we must look for the hotel ourselves , at 10 pm!!!l The receptionists are not helpful, don’t care about anything but smoking and chatting, they first promised to pay for hotel next door but upon checking in there they said that the price is too high for them. Very very disappointing experience which this hotel !

When we arrived at the hotel, they told me that the triple delux room i had booked for my wife and was not available. They told me that they would upgrade and provide 2 single rooms and split me and my wife, we had no choice but take this option and so my wife and i stayed in separate rooms for 6 nights. I have been traveling for the last 45 years and this is the first time a hotel told me that the room i booked and paid in advance was not available

Zalety: 1. Dobra lokalizacja, świetnie skomunikowany z transportem publicznym, 2. Pokój byl czysty, sprzątany codziennie, codzienna wymiana ręczników, zawsze nowa woda w pokoju, 3. Hotel jest dosyć nowy i jest w dobrym stanie, 4. Przyjemny i pomocny personel, 5. Śniadania też ok, niczego nie brakowalo, donoszono to, co się skończyło. Wady: 1. Brak dźwiękoszczelności - słychać dosłownie wszystko, co dzieje sie za drzwiami pokoju, 2. Hotel jest przy ruchliwej ulicy - słychać hałas również przy zamkniętych oknach (pokój z widokiem ma morze), 3. Okropnie niewygodne łóżko. Materac był bardzo twardy, dodatkowo czułem sprężyny, 4. Coś nie tak było z wodą - ciśnienie bywało niskie, dodatkowo woda rzadko była gorąca, a momentami niemal chlodna.
