excelente hotel
Es un hotel muy bonito, con una ubicación e instalaciones excelentes, muy limpias las habitaciones, solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento en las habitaciones ya que en la que nos hospedamos las llaves del lavabo tenían fuga.

Bra läge på hotellet. Dock var det ett all inklusive hotell (stod inte på informationen) så det gick inte att köpa en drink i baren om du inte hade "bandet". Det stod även på informationen att wifi skulle finnas men det fanns bara i reception samt på en restaurang men det fungerade inte där heller. AC på rummet, varmt vatten fanns i duschen oftast men tyvärr kan jag inte rekommendera hotellet. De som arbetade på hotellet använde walkie talkies på hög nivå i korridoren och städerskorna drog igång vid 7-tiden på morgonen. Massagen var väldigt bra men låg vid poolen så när de spelade musik och kör vattengympa bredvid blir det inte så avslappnande.

Me gustó mucho la atención que se da en recepción tanto entrada como salida, me gustó mucho las áreas de las albercas, la cena que se realiza al aire libre eso fue excelente, y solo hubo un detalle en mi cuarto que el a/c no tenía la suficiente potencia y la televisión no funcionaba. Pero de ahí todo estuvo muy hermoso además la calidez de los Empleados.

Buen hotel de acuerdo al precio, le falta mejorar el servicio de meseros en la zona de albercas y playa, deben de ofrecer bebidas ya que al see todo incluido no van a ver que se te ofrece.

Actualmente el Hotel Maya Caribe Beach no existe, es una ampliación de Hotel que está a un lado que es el Hotel Dos Playas, eso no la descripción del hotel cuando reservas por la aplicación, hasta que llegas allá. Agua de las albercas fría y la playa sin mantenimiento mucho sargazo sin limpiar, muy pocos meseros atentos, algunos muy descortés y pocos con verdadera actitud de servicio.
