Horrible Experience
Don’t stay, no friendly staff, uneducated, not clean, pictures are a bait and switch, total waste of money. Please decide to burn your money instead or buy a tent and stay on a sidewalk like a homeless person.

Great stay!!!
We booked this stay as a last-minute get-a-way for labor day weekend. We had never stayed here before but have stayed at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront a lot. We felt lucky to find a room so figured we would chance it. We were not disappointed. When we arrived there was an issue with our reservation, it had not been put in the system and we didn't have a room. On labor day weekend in Virginia Beach that isn't a good thing as finding a new room at another hotel would have been impossible. However, Ebony, who was the customer service rep helping us check-in was able to figure out the issue and get us into a room. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. Everyone we met in the hotel was friendly. The pool was nice and the hot tub amazing. After the initial check-in issue, we were 100% satisfied with the hotel and will definitely be going back.
