Awesome stay.
I was very tired and the room was very comforting. It.was close enough to Vienna Airport that we.could easily walk. The restaurant food was good and they were very willing to make me a delicious pina colada. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible, stay away!!!
Horrible experience. First, when we artived they had a mistake as they were going to give us a room for two, when we booked for three. We were given a room and the a/c dies not work at all plus it was making an awful sound. We were given another room( in the middle of the night) and this time the tv was not working!!. We spoke to the receptionist, Jennifer who arrogantly told us you dont need the ac as it is cold outside...unbelievable but true she continued to add that she had no time for us as she was busy and that basically we had 2 options , choose between the a/c or the tv!!!!. She also said that she would give us a small room instead if we keep on complaining...finally someone came and told us we were right and offered us complimentary breakfast... I really do not recommend this hotel as we never experienced such rude and arrogant behaviour

Excellent choice!
After we stayed eight days in Wagrain area we arrived to Vienna for a day before flight. It is a nice hotel near al what you need: car rental return, train station to central Vienna and the terminal for flights. Everything was perfect. The rooms are big and clean.

Stay downtown instead
Despite a long line of people waiting to be checked in, there was only one counter staffed. When finally in the room, tv was not working, phone (to call for assistance to fix the tv) was not working. Went to the reception to ask for the tv to be fixed. After 3 hours we asked again and finally changed rooms. Room was on lower level and was very noisy throughout the night. Rooms were tiny and the beds small and uncomfortable. The city is only a 30 minutes drive so recommend staying in a hotel downtown if you can.
