Premier large 3 bedroom Slopeside townhome. Plenty of space for an
extended family to spread out and enjoy a Colorado mountain vacation.
The master is on the main floor and has a comfortable king size bed
and a large en suite bathroom. There is also a half bath on the main
floor. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and another en suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has a twin over queen bunk and a single twin bed.

The open floor plan kitchen/dining room/living room is great for
gathering, eating and relaxing with HDTV and over 100+ channels cable
channels by Xfinity and enjoy high speed internet. The spacious
kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking needs with both drip and
Kuerig coffee makers. The dining room table has seating for 8 with
additional space at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The living room
has a gas fireplace in front of sitting area. The ground floor has a
laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

The main floor has a spacious deck with gas grill and gas heater to
enjoy the mountain air/views. There is a private one-car enclosed
garage with space for additional vehicle in the driveway. The private
hot tub is available for used between hours of 8 am to 10 pm.

This property is a short walk to the slopes and is on the bus line for
a short 2 min ride to the slopes. The community hot tub is just
outside and hot tub towels are included. This condo is perfect for a
large family or for multiple families to share.
