Quiet and nice bed sheets Area to improve is really the breakfast choices are limited The windows of the rooms are not possible to be opened which is a problem for health & Safety - Only A/C functionning, no fresh air breathing possible in times of Climate change and energy waste management. Servicio excepcional. Todos y cada uno de los trabajadores eran amables y sobre todo serviciales. No tengo nada que Objetar. En el otro lado de la balanza, el desayuno era pobre y no tenía mucho donde elegir y las habitaciones son excesivamente pequeñas. Yo iba con 2 maletas una grande y otra de cabina y no tenía espacio para dejarlas casi. El mobiliario es más bien nulo más que por 3 perchas que hay. La experiencia es positiva.

Staycation pariskunnalle
Vietimme hotellissa yhden yön staycation pariskuntamatkana. Allasalue oli siisti ja rauhallinen, oli mukavaa ettei hotelliin päässyt ulkopuolisia. Ravintola oli siisti ja menu monipuolinen ja järkevän hintainen. Hotellin henkilökunta oli mukavaa, mutta vaikka varauksessa oli selkeästi mainittu aamiaisen kuuluvan molemmille, vaati hotelli veloittaa toiselta meistä erikseen aamupalan ja vielä kalliimmalla mitä listahinta oli. Vasta kun todella jaksettiin tästä vääntää ja valittaa niin hyvittivät tämän. Huone oli siisti, mutta viidestä valosta kolme ei toiminut kuten ei myöskään seinäkello. Yleensä tällaiset vaihdetaan toimiviin siivouksen yhteydessä. Verrattuna yleiseen palvelu- ja siisteystasoon Lagosissa hotelli onnistui hyvin. Matkustan itse viikottain Euroopassa ja siihen tasoon verrattuna hotellilla on paljon parannettavaa.

I live in Victoria Island and wanted a little getaway with my daughter. I decided to choose this hotel as a short stay. We arrived at the check in time of 2pm. The front desk receptionist named Favour was rude and not inviting. Im not sure how she is a front desk receptionist. Her manners are awful. First off I booked on Expedia showed her my receipt and confirmation number. She says she can’t find the booking. Fine we wait while she checks with whomever. Time is past 2pm she comes and tells me she found the reservation. I’m hoping to now check in as I already ordered food from the restaurant and would like to eat it in my room. Next thing she tells me the room is not ready. Im not sure why she didn’t tell us beforehand. When I mention this to her she starts to have a bad and nasty attitude. She ruined my whole mood at this point. I took the key and entered the room. The lighting is poor. Mainly lamps in the room for lighting at night. No ceiling lights in the bedroom. The food was horrible. Hamburger was undercooked. Quinoa bowl tasted old and stale. Pizza was hard and unbearable to eat. Overall would not come back here and hope management reads this to get proper training for staff on how to treat paying customers.
