Booked two rooms months ago both for the same price. One was on an upper floor and the other was in the basement. Seems like the basement one with the tiny window should have been discounted.

2nd stay here - has become my London regular spot
So convenient to Paddington! 2nd stay here. Lovely team - they put fresh fruit and wine in my room after I asked to be moved out of the basement room I had (only a small window but still a lovely room! I've had parcels sent here and they're great with that, always someone on the desk. The restaurant is great for dinner. Haven't tried the gym but good they've got one. Lovely free toiletries and all in-room comforts are really lovely. Will stay again 100% - such good value for money

Hotel was great no problems at all. Room was lovely much better than anticipated with lots of room amenities. Let us check in early at around 9am which was really helpful! Overall could not fault and will return. Great hotel and great location

Place to crash before early Heathrow flight
The place is fine for what it is: a place to crash before a 5 am train to Heathrow. My first room was moldy beyond use, but the nice young man at the desk was quick to move me. Nice little cafe restaurant. Don’t kid yourself: this is a tourist level hotel at best. But it is 2 minutes from Paddington and serves its purpose.

Super central, great value for money
Perfect location! Easy to find, solo room had a lovely view. Very good value for so central. 5 mins walk from Paddington station. Staff are very helpful, Andrea in particular. I had an issue where I needed an extra night and the main manager was incredibly unhelpful and told me book online and that it was full. It wasn’t, but Andrea helped resolve the situation and the manager was apologetic for being dismissive.
