Realmente disfrutamos nuestras vacaciones. El hotel pequeño, la playa muy linda, el personal también. Lo único que no nos gusto fue que no hay variedad en sus comidas. La poca comida que había era saludable pero aburría comer lo mismo por tantos días. Mis papás disfrutaron sus vacaciones y eso fue lo importante. Gracias a todo el personal de Occidental Tucancún.

Did not like all of the steps. Needed another lower level for the elevator to get to the pool level and then another to get near the beach level. I am over 70 and it was more than difficult to get below the lobby level. If you were walking from the hotel, a ski lift would be adviseable since it is a very long and steep driveway in both directions, My best guess is that the lobby is around 50 feet above the street and the beach. Food was about what you would expect and staff was pleasant. Nice views of the pools and beach. I would rate this a 3* property and disuade any elderly from selecting it for their vacation.

The property needs renovation, is ok the pools are ok, they have entertainment day and night wich is a plus, they have two other Restaurants but you have to get up early to make a reservation and they were not that good, the food in the others sometimes it was plain cold or no taste at all, the breakfast was better, only one elevator for our section i hear people complaining but we stay for 7 days and never saw nobody working on the other elevator, and when you arrive they get you trying to sell you time share, i didn’t like that
