Ok
Kettle didn’t work, toilet didn’t properly flush and walls were a bit dirty. Place is in middle of no where. Service is good and friendly.

Perfect family stay.
Highly recommended for a family visit. The reception staff were very helpful and there are plenty of activities to keep the kids/adults busy. The pool was clean and they have a lifeguard there during opening hours.

Practical Business Hotel
It's a lovely hotel and well placed for business on the out skirts of Rome or quick access to a train station to get you into the centre and the metro system within about 30 minutes. The location of the building is a bit under developed (shall we say) so nothing nearby or walking distance without getting a taxi or train. This is a business orientated hotel, there are certainly much better options for the tourists.

Nice place but a bit far from Rome.
The hotel was very kid-friendly. They had a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and a shallow swimming pool. The staff was very helpful. The only complaint was that it was far from the center or Rome. It took about 30€ to get to the Piazzale delle Canestre by taxi. They have a shuttle bus that can take you to a nearby metro station. It runs twice in the morning and twice in the evening.

Ok hotel out of city centre
There’s no air conditioning. I was told the weather was not hot enough. I’d say that’s for the guest to decide. It’s in a run down area of Rome, though much of Rome is. The hotel breakfast was acceptable. Eggs were not. It was ok for us, I speak Italian and we had a car.
