Very nice hotel in a good location. My biggest issues were that there is not a workspace and the TV is hard to see from the sitting arts.

The hotel was nice and very friendly and the staff was wonderful however, our room had ants in it and in the restroom The ceiling had a leak that looked like it had bubbled the wall paper on the wall and ceiling. I’m not sure they were completely ready to let out the rooms we were in.

We reserved a room to be close to our softball tournament so we could get a good nights rest and be ready to play early Sunday morning. We had a late check in due to late games Saturday night. When we got up to our room around 11 PM we walked in to an 80+ degree room. I immediately turned it to cool and after a few minutes realized it was still blowing heat. I called the front and they said to turn it off for a few minutes to see if it would reset. No luck. I assumed they didn’t have an HVAC repairman on site so I tinkered with it for a little bit. After a little while I realized just the Fan setting blew cool air so I left it. Our room finally cooled down about four AM. So much for a relaxing evening so we could wake up refreshed. As we were checking out another couple staying next to us had the same issue. You would think this would have been something you were aware of and fixed, but no you kept taking reservations and putting people in rooms that had heating and air that was not working properly. Definitely makes me think twice about coming back in the future. I would rather drive the hour back home.
