Considering the situation of COVID this hotel did a great job not only beiNg friendly but also making adjustments to even having breakfast options. We plan on staying here every time we visit Buffalo. The only change might be a little updating. With that said it was extremely clean and good area close to lots of attractions.

Very clean room and surroundings. Bathroom was clean and functional but could use an update. Was handed a bag with yogurt, banana, and a bagel For breakfast which was great. Staff did a great job with social distancing. We will be back on our return trip!

We had to pick up our son from college amid this pandemic and needed a place to spend the night. The hotel was clean and handled the current situation wonderfully. Coffee was still available and we were able to order a simple breakfast for pickup at the front desk. Would highly recommend.

Everything was good , i took my kids for a family overnight to break up the cold winter and let my girls swim and have fun ..there were so many unsupervised kids in the pool area that were very disrespectful that we didnt get to stay, relax and enjoy for very long .. toddlers in the hot tub splashing while i tried to relax while my kids were in the pool ..very disappointing..

We stayed with our family for one night on a weekend trip to Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Pros: Front desk staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Some noisy people in the hallway very late but that can't be helped by hotel staff. The breakfast was decent; some continental-type options as well as some hot, omelettes, bacon, sausage, and a very cool pancake machine. My only complaint was the pool was VERY cold. So much so that the kids wouldn't swim (so you know it was cold). The main reason we chose this hotel was for the pool, so that was a disappointment, but all in all it was a good stay.
