Upon arrival...somewhat concerned about conditions...but lets start with the worst situation. I reserved two rooms thru expedia. Even had communication on location of rooms. The other party paid with their credit card for their room. I was told I had not been billed and would be billed. In reviewing American Express today...billed for two rooms on 11/5/2022 and again for 1 room. The other party has been billed as well. Ladley and Young. Review the records. So disappointed and was willing to excuse the condition of the property. Full dispute will begin immediately.

Spotless room!
We stopped here overnight on our way from Maryland to Maine. Check in was quick and friendly and the room was SPOTLESS! In the evening we sat out by the water and the view was beautiful. I noticed there were nice grills outside which was nice, we didn't use because it was a one night stay. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.
