Top Notch service
The hotel was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well located. Our room was spacious, well equipped and breakfast was great. What made our stay however was Majella, she greeted us on check-in and asked what we were doing in the area. We said we planned to visit Glenveagh National Park. She said she note down some places worthy of a visit when she got back off her break. When we called back to reception she’d done more than note down some places she had printed off information on some great places to visit and was so enthusiastic about them it made us more eager to visit them. Her help was invaluable particularly as the tourist office wasn’t open until June! So a big thank you to Majella.

My favourite
Had a great two night break and as ever was delighted with my stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. It's location is ideal for shopping and use of the steam room and swimming pool afterwards was just what was needed. Choice of food at breakfast was excellent only small problem was the waiting line to get in even though we had booked a time slot. I've stayed in most of the hotel's in Letterkenny over the years and this one is always my favourite.
