This stunning townhouse was built in the 1900's. In it's life it's had multiple renovations, but it's latest owners have stripped much of it back to celebrate it's former glory.

Original brick and timber details, beautiful high ceilings and chandeliers are dotted throughout the home, reminding you of it's wonderful heritage.

Located on one of the main streets of Launceston's CBD, with free parking behind the home, Netflix and WiFi, you are sure to find everything you need for an incredible stay.

This home offers rest for 7 guests, with 2 queen bedrooms upstairs (both with access to the balcony), and a further bedroom with a set of bunks and a separate single bed.

A modern bathroom with Euro laundry, also upstairs. Laundry detergent supplied.

Downstairs, a formal dining and cozy living area are attached to the fully equipped modern kitchen. Throughout the home, modern conveniences, panel heaters and reverse cycle heat pumps are available to keep you perfectly comfortable, night and day.

A most wonderful base to any stay in the beautiful city of Launceston.

The Space:
As you enter the home with our coded locked door, you will find a formal dining, living area with TV, kitchen, and separate toilet.

Upstairs you will find 2 queen bedrooms. These both have access behind plantation shutters, to the balcony, where you can look over the city of Launceston and all the passersby.

Back door access to the carports behind the home.

Guest Access:
Guests can check in at any time with the use of coded front door.

The Neighborhood:
Our street has such character! Go for a stroll up the road and see some wonderful historic homes, or down the road boasts many of Launceston's best coffee joints!

Getting Around:
You are within walking distance of many of Launceston's wonderful cafes, restaurants and attractions. However there are plenty of ubers or taxi's available for longer trips.
