The hotel was nice, very comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming!The hot breakfast could use some improvement. The oatmeal pot didn’t seem to have been turned on at all and so it was cold and runny.

Ok hotel for the couple of days we needed it for. Convenient to where we needed to be but it could use some fixing up. Elevator was broken, rooms could use some paint. Through no fault of the hotel our "neighbor" the first night decided to have a party at 4 am. I went to the front desk but didn't get much help. An unanswered call to the room was all the help I got.

We had a wonderful stay! The night manager was very pleasant and courteous. The room was clean, though the lampshades in room 325 were broken and needs replacement. The only unpleasant experience, and the manager was very apologetic about, was the broken elevator. We were given a room in the 3rd floor and coming in from a long 6-hour drive and walk up some flight of stairs with our bags was very exhausting. Nevertheless, overall, we had a great stay.

Elevator broken...had the feeling it was down for weeks. Late ck in. Front desk person not the easiest . Bags very heavy from travelling 10 days. 2 of us. Had to carry luggage up to 2nd floor. Grrrr.

It is nicely located to easy airport access. The grounds are well maintained as well as the building. The room was clean except for a couple of stains on the carpet. I was originally given a second floor room, but the desk clerk graciously changed that because the elevator was out. She did say that they expected a repairman the next day. Prompt service to issues always gets points from me. The breakfast was nice with a decent variety.

no gym, no bar, no store, actually 2 star, further away from convention center than stated: so all different than expedia said. Had I known, i would have paid more for better. The staff was nice. inside the room was good equal to a 2 star.
