Excellent Hotel!!
I stayed here on this past weekend and thought the hotel was very nice. The room was nice and clean. No issues. The people working the front desk were very accommodating, especially since we had a senior citizen with a disability in our party and the hotel staff helped us throughout our stay with getting taxi's and making room for us at breakfast. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff who were were super nice and the chef cooking the food for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent!!and

Poor experience
Was first given a room in the basement with no Ac and stained sheets. Then after being lied to about no other room available, we got a room on the second floor. Even then..Gross comforter. Wet floor soaked with alcohol from previous guest

The hotels location was perfect location. Right near the 9/11 memorial and steps away from a breathtaking view of the Brooklyn bridge. We were taking our daughter to Pace for her orientation and it was literally just a block away. It was hot in the city and the AC just could not get cool in the room. We did have a slight issue with a urine smell in the bathroom when we arrived but as soon as we told the front desk they had someone up there lickety split. For the price and given our location needs it worked really well and we would definitely stay there again but perhaps not in the heat of summer.
