    Charming and personal and easy to get around.. great views and sunsets , easy access to beach and other activities. Yoga, hiking, parasailing, archery etc. Walking up to sunset point for spectacular sunsets and sunrise. Restaurants are good and great choices if you choose to stay on property. Villas are beautiful if you choose to rent. Staff is amazing and help make the whole experience.

    This is a very nice resort if you are looking to occupy your time at the pool for the majority of your stay. Although hotel has direct beach access there are no chairs but they will give you a towel. Pool area is very pleasant. Service is unfortunately spotty. At times they went above and beyond- upgraded room, extended check out, Sanjeev at the pool always ready with a smile, fresh towel and standing guard over your chair. Other times service was oddly lacking most specifically at breakfast where it took a bit too long to get attention for coffee and a lot of mix up about what tables are available and not available which ended in one morning my table outside being given away to another couple. Also prices for car service very expensive. Another miss I would say would be the bar. With the martini bar closed for renovation only SFX open. No vermouth for martinis - not sure how this is possible given you have a martini bar on premises...Overall it’s a good property but considering it’s a 5 star Taj was a bit underwhelmed.

    The service experience was really poor - most staff are unprofessional and seemingly not service minded. Two people tried to help out, however the overall service experience left with a very poor impression and hence this rating. From the facilities, the swimming pool is really small. The sunset view point is awesome.
