I paid for a superior room which comes with a fridge, microwave and iron board/steamer. It had nothing in the room but a bed, bathroom and a BROKEN tv with 2 broke lamps.

Blood on sheets ac leak lights barely work
When I first went into the room couldn't open the door because the picture fell off the wall. Then after that the lights wasn't working. And the ac unit was leaking lots of water. The employee just gave me more towels and went to the breakerbox and only some of the lights work than. Then after that the next door I put my kids in the second bed an notice blood on the sheets I didn't notice the first day because I didn't use the bed I just took the sheet off the bed. It wasn’t alot of blood but still the sheets wasn't clean. The next morning I just check out and told the employee about everything would I get a discount. She said discount no discount you should've told me and I would've change the sheets. I wont be coming back to this hotel.

Spent 20 minutes taking pictures of all the damage in the room before I put a bag down. Roaches scurrying across the floor and coming underneath the headboard of the beds. Had to buy roach spray just to stay there. Drawers to the dressers were missing and the bathtub was stained yellow. The elevator was broken the whole stay and there was a open leaking hole in the roof by the stairway on floor two. The people who work there are nice enough but it should be shut down till things get fixed.

When booking a cheap property, my expectations are very low. However, this facility lowered my expectations even more so. My room key didn't work, the dead bolt on my door was busted like someone kicked the door in, leaving the door molding physically seperated from the wall itself. Someone attempted to break into my vehicle even tho I parked right in front of the office where the night office attendant assured me that my car and myself would be safe. They completely ignored my question if ALL of their rooms were without working locks. I don't recommend staying here at all. After I heard about the attempted break in on my car, I immediately got myself together, checked out, and drove up the road a while and pulled into a truck stop to get a little more sleep before I continued my travels. Sleeping in my car at a truck stop felt safer than staying at this facility. Booker's beware.
