On the plus side, we were able to check in early and the staff were very friendly. Fridge and freezer a good size. On the negative side, amenities were not as advertised - no free wifi (couldn't connect at all during our stay, and staff member said "Yeah it's terrible, isn't it?" when we asked about it). No way to clean dishes and these not done by housekeeping. No net curtain for privacy, despite being overlooked by many, many rooms. Limited free parking spaces. Cafe/Bar not open despite being listed, no information provided in room about hotel facilities. Room for 3 people, but only had 2 chairs and 3 coat hangers and 1 loo roll. Requested more, which were duly delivered though. Overall, I mean, it wasn't awful, just everything disappointing. Expected more - it wasn't cheap! Main reason we chose was for on-site catering and free wifi, neither available.
